* Organize your notebook in preparation for a new quarter.  Make sure all of your notes, papers, and work from Quarter 1 (including graded work which was returned to you) are organized and accessible.
* Do a final revision of your D2 for your descriptive setting and/or your character sketch, if you want a higher grade and if the offer was to you.  Email me these new revisions before the weekend for them to factor into your Quarter 1 grade.
* Write your essay.  You will need to turn in:
- your notes (handwritten points for each paragraph)
- a draft, D1
- a typed copy (email it to me by Monday afternoon at 3:00, and I will print it)

The essay is as was assigned in class.  If you need more details, send me an email.
