2) Your first meaningful verse essay is due on Thursday. Follow all guidelines for compositions on the right sidebar of this blog.

Also, daily:
+ Read your (approved) book for pleasure, aiming for 30 minutes daily. Mark the number of minutes on your Reading Log as you go along—in multiples of five, rounded down—and have a parent initial it in the box each day. The December Reading log is due on Thursday, January 10 (after Christmas break).
+ Continue to print out each homework blog entry, check off each assignment as you complete it, and have your parent sign the completed, printed sheet. Bring it to class each day.
