1) Complete Copywork #4. Follow the directions carefully, and pay close attention to the punctuation and form of the prose.
2) Have your paper set up ("hot-dog-bun style") and be ready to turn it in when you walk into the
classroom on Thursday.
Also, daily:
+ Read your (approved) book
for pleasure, aiming for 30 minutes daily. Mark the number of minutes on your
Reading Log as you go along—in multiples of five, rounded down—and have a
parent initial it in the box each day. The October Reading Log will be due
on Tuesday, 10/31/17.
