1.  Make the suggested corrections on your returned Markup document, then continue with your story. You must write and proofread the first four pages of your theme story (your G1), then have a parent proofread them.  After you have incorporated their suggested corrections, email the corrected 4 pages (your G1) to Markup.  It is due before Tuesday.  The earlier you email these pages to my Markup, the sooner you will get them back.

NOTE: Please put the full name of the assignment in your header, and the correct current date, each time you send it to Markup. A sample header appears below:

2.  Be sure you are ready to recite your third memory verse.  All students should be prepared to recite any of the first three verses at any time, and should be working on memorizing the fourth.  Also be working on memorizing the poem you selected.

3.  Return your report card with both sheets signed by a parent.

Also (daily):

+ Read your (approved) book for pleasure 30 minutes daily.  Mark it on your reading log as you go along. The March reading log is due, signed by a parent, on Thursday, May 1.

+ Bear in mind that your monthly blog post entry is due anytime during the month.  Please type it up, email it to me, and turn in a hard copy to me in class before the last day of the month.  You may write about anything you would like to.  Follow the directions on the sheet I gave you for the 12-Months-of-2014 Blog Challenge.  (See handout.)

+ Work on your Scripture memory and Scripture memory review.  You need to be ready to recite any of your completed memory verses perfectly from memory any time I call on you in class.

+ Review daily the material from our writing and grammar lessons in class so that you can more easily learn and memorize (as we go along) the different things we are studying.  Be ready for a quiz anytime on all that we've learned so far.
